  • Daniel Son of STC receives the NASA Peer Award for DC-8 campaigns for 2023 and 2024
  • Andrew Fischer of STC receives the NASA Program and Project Management Excellence Award for the SOFIA Program Team - "For overcoming many challenges to complete the SOFIA airborne program, leading to many breakthroughs in understanding our universe."
  • Wade Spurlock of STC receives the NASA Exceptional Public Achievement Medal “For exceptional contributions to adaptive mesh refinement technology and application of these methods to asteroid blast and Low Boom Flight Demonstrator project simulations.”
  • Athena Chan of STC receives the NASA Early Career Achievement Medal “For outstanding effort in the designing of experiment for the Mars Forward Flight Aerodynamic Test Stand (FFATS), the Spin Up Test Stand (SUTS), and the Blade Pull Test Stand (BPTS) which together will enable the future Mars planetary rotorcraft test program in the NASA Ames Planetary Aeolian Laboratory."
  • Joshua Diaz and Daniel (Guy) Schauerhamer of STC receive the NASA Group Achievement Award Citation: “For outstanding contributions to the Artemis Program, including aerodynamic database development and debris impact analysis, critical to the success of each Artemis mission.”
  • STC won the 2021 NASA Small Business Prime Contractor of the Year award.
  • STC employee Kimberly Bestul was awarded NASA Center Innovation Funds for her proposed idea for development of an advanced instrumentation suite, SonicSonde.
  • Mr. Geoffrey Ament was awarded NASA Ames Contractor of the Year award earlier this year. Mr. Ament worked on the STC NASA AEMMS Contract.
  • STC employees on various projects won Silver Achievement Medal, Exceptional Technology Achievement Medal and Exceptional Service Medal at NASA Langley Research Center.
